Planning for the 40th year reunion of the class of 1969, WF George High
School, Iowa Park TX, is now under way.

September 10-12, 2009. The reunion will coincide with Iowa Park Homecoming.
Thursday, September 10:
7:10 - Installation of IPHS Football Victory Sign at Hawk stadium with special guest Tommy Watkins.
Bonfire - 8:30 pm @ the High School.
Speaker will be past Coach Tommy Watkins.
Friday, September 11:
8:30 - Gold scramble at River Creek golf course. Call 940.592.5082 to register.
11 am – 1:00 pm, Town Feed @ First Bapt Family Activity Center
1:30 pm, Pep Rally @ High School
3:00 pm, Parade, downtown
7:00 pm, Pre-game registration @ class table
7:10 pm, Outstanding Ex-student award at Hawk Stadium
7:30 - Game between Iowa Park and Holliday (?) (go Hawks!!)
halftime - Crown Homecoming queen
10:00 - After game social / mixer at Recreation Center (806 N 3rd St, Iowa Park, TX)
Saturday, Setpember 12:
6:30-10:30 am, Breakfast @ Friendly Door (810 N 3rd St, Iowa Park, TX)
8:55, Turtle Trot downtown
9 am – 3 pm, Whoop-T-Doo
11 am – 2 pm, Wine Taster
(We will meet at the Post Office (211 E Cash St, Iowa Park, TX) at 10:45 and be taken to
the Winery – don’t be late)
4:30, Alumni registration
Alumni Banquet – Social begins at 4:30 and dinner is at 6:00
Auction of items made by alumni will be held that evening.

need to make sure to make reservations for the Alumni Banquet

main cost for the weekend will be the Alumni Banquet, DONATIONS will be
welcomed to help with the cost of other incidentals connected to the
reunion:
